Terms And Conditions
1.1 Your use of the Site and Smartonline’s services, software and products (collectively the as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and any other rules and policies of the Site that Smartonline may publish from time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of the Site are collectively referred to below as the “Terms”. By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms. Please do not use the Services or the Site if you do not accept all of the Terms.
1.2 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Smartonline, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of Hong Kong or other countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you use the Services.
1.3 You acknowledge and agree that Smartonline may amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on the Site. By continuing to use the Services or the Site, you agree that the amended Terms will apply to you.
1.4 If Smartonline has posted or provided a translation of the English language version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English language version will govern your uses of the Services or the Site.
1.5 You may be required to enter into a separate agreement, whether online or offline, with Smartonline or our affiliate for any Service (“Additional Agreements”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and an Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only in relation to that Service concerned.
1.6 The Terms may not otherwise be modified except in writing by an authorized officer of Smartonline.

Refund, return and shipping policies
Smartonline policy covers returns, you only receive a partial refund as you must pay for the original shipping and the return shipping. If you feel you don't want an item it is best to cancel within 24 hours of ordering, if an order is not shipped we offer full refund. Before return the product, you should contact us first and return it to the appointed address, or bear your own consequences.
We can send to almost every country on earth and have free shipping to our main destinations
We Don't Ship To: China, South Sudan and Syria.
Usually we will used Airmail and register airmail (7-25 business days). But if customer request for fast shipping, we will arranged it by adding extra charged depending to shipment price such EMS (7-15 business days to worldwide), Priority Direct Mail (7-10 business days/10-15 business days), CNEMS (7-15 business days to worldwide) or Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days to worldwide).

Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.
In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located and where your package comes from. If you want to know more information, please contact the customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible. Enjoy shopping!
NOTE: Netherlands Direct Mail has been combined into the Priority Direct Mail. If you are in a European country; simply choose Priority Direct Mail and it will be shipped via Netherlands Direct Mail.
Prices vary depending on product, but we already include the normal shipping as product listed. However, if need faster shipment, please inform us at notes/email. Thanks.
Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?
Due to the ever changing prices of couriers and sheer number of options available our staff select the best priced shipping for the desired shipping method.
Smartonline is happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Shipping for each country is different we strive for shipping to be at its cheapest however we also value safe and reliable delivery. Although you may have to pay a small amount for delivery, you can rely on the shipment being delivered. As we are continually revising logistics you may find your country has free shipping in the near future.
